We want to help promote your Company/Business in these tough times by offering and affordable form of advertisement to you. This is a great opportunity to showcase your Company/Business at our Fair & Rodeo. And if we all work together then this will help us both out. This year we have gone High-Tech so we may offer the surrounding areas a chance to get their name out to travelers who might not know what a great Company/Business that you have. We are in hopes that you will participate in this great event. The commercial or arena sign will be seen by thousands of travelers and/or promotional items in the hands of spectators. The Navajo County Fair is located just off of I-40 so it offers a unique chance for travelers. We are in hopes that you would like to participate. The Navajo County Fair & Rodeo is gearing up once again for the County Fair on September 15-19, 2010. During the Navajo County Fair there will be: The Demolition Derby, Jr. Miss Pageant, 4-H, FFA, Jr. Livestock (show & sale), Antique Tractor Pulls, Entertainers, Little Buckaroo Rodeo, Rodeo, Ranch Horse Competition, Ranch Rodeo, plus much more... The Navajo County Rodeo is sanctioned by the following associations: Grand Canyon Professional Rodeo Association, New Mexico Rodeo Association, All Indian Rodeo Cowboy Association, Colorado Rodeo Association, and Armed Forces Professional Rodeo Association. We are also in the process of adding 4 more sanctioning. Last year the fair had over 30,000+ spectators through the gate & 638 Contestants in the rodeo alone and we were again named “2009 Rodeo of the Year”. This year, we are expecting more. $5,000 Vest Sponsor Level

• This Sponsorship is specific for Sponsoring (28) Champion Vests Awarded to the Day Champions in each event.
• Sponsor Name /or Logo Embroidered on all vests
• Sponsor Name/or logo Printed on all Rodeo Posters
• One vest awarded to Sponsor with his /or her name on vest
• 1 – 3x2 Flag with Sponsor Name and /or Logo to be carried on horseback in Grand Entry and for Sponsor Runs by Rodeo Royalty during both rodeo performances or if your company already has a flag then we will run that flag.
• Name Announced by Rodeo Announcer during both rodeo performances.
• Passes to top level sponsors

$4,000 Buckle Sponsor Level

• This Sponsorship is specific for sponsoring the (18) Rodeo Champion Buckles
• Buckle Sponsor sign printed with Sponsor Name and /or Logo to remain in arena for a period of one year.
• Sponsor Name/or logo Printed on all Rodeo Posters
• Sponsor Business Cards in all Buckle boxes.
• 1 – 3x2 Flag with Sponsor Name and /or Logo to be carried on horseback in Grand Entry and for Sponsor Runs by Rodeo Royalty during both rodeo performances or if your company already has a flag then we will run that flag.
• Name Announced by Rodeo Announcer during both rodeo performances
• Passes to top level sponsors

$3,000 TV Commercial Sponsor Level (only 1 Available)

• 30 sec. T.V. Cable Commercial advertising the fair to run on 6 networks, 8 times a day for a period of 4 weeks, the end of August thru the first of September, 2010
• Sponsor Name and logo to appear on the commercial to say “Commercial brought to you by – “Sponsor Name” * Passes to top level sponsors

$1,000 Sponsor Commercial Sponsor Level

• This Sponsorship is specific for sponsoring your Company Commercial on the LED Video/Score Board. (This level has a High Visual Impact on the Spectators)
• LED video board for display of Live Video, Scores, Times, Sponsor Commercials, Slow Motion and Instant Replay. Events available are: Rodeo (2 days) Lil Buckaroo Rodeo, Ranch Rodeo, Video screen - Up for 4 events, 3 days
• Sponsor Commercial Played on Video screen, sponsor to provide a 15 sec. Commercial on a DVD
• Name Announced by Rodeo Announcer during both rodeo performances.
• Passes to top level sponsors

$1,000 Rodeo Sponsor Level

• This Sponsorship is specific for sponsoring one of the 4’x8’ Announcer Booth Signs in the arena. (We supply the board and do all of the painting, you just supply the information)
• 1 – 3x2 Flag with Sponsor Name and /or Logo to be carried on horseback in Grand Entry and for Sponsor Runs by Rodeo Royalty during both rodeo performances or if your company already has a flag then we will run that flag.
• Name Announced by Rodeo Announcer during both rodeo performances
• Passes to top level sponsors

Promotional Items Sponsor (Gift Certs, Gear Bags, Gloves, Rolla-Banna’s, Fan Clapper’s, Cups, Balls, Etc.)

• This Sponsorship is specific for supplying the fair & rodeo with promotional items advertising your communities & Business’s. The Fair & Rodeo will distribute those promotional items w/Sponsor Logo for audience give-a-ways for you. This is a great way to promote your communities. Or you may put together a Community themed gift basket that we will give-away. Ideas are limitless
