The Navajo County Fairgrounds sit on 80 acres. We have several buildings, a stage, an arena, overnight horse stalls, camper hook-ups (for those with overnight horses), monthly horse stalls, and livestock pens available for rent. All events must be approved by the Navajo County Fair Board, which meets on the second Monday of each month.

All events must provide proof of $1 million liability insurance listing Navajo County Fair as an additional insured. Proof of insurance must be provided at least two weeks prior to the event.

Rental Rates are as follows:

  • Open Class Building $250 per day - $50.00 cleaning deposit.
  • Martinez Hall $350 per day - $100 cleaning deposit.
  • Stage $50 per day (includes small dressing rooms & bleachers) - $50 cleaning deposit.
  • Parking Lots $50 per day (north or south) - $50 cleaning deposit.
  • Arena $400/day - $600/night (includes lights) $800/day/night - $200 bucking chutes - $200 roping chutes - $50 first 5 loads of water ($10 each additional load) - $50 tractor work - $200 cleaning deposit.
  • Overnight Stalls $10/night/head
  • Cantina Fees $50 for food; $100 for alcohol.
  • P.A. System $25 Setup Charge - $25/day
  • Camper Hook-up $15 per night (includes water and electric)
  • Monthly Stalls $40/animal/stall - $2/panel - $25/tack room - (see Stall Rental Agreement for details)
