The Navajo County Fairgrounds sit on 80 acres. We have several buildings, a stage, an arena, overnight horse stalls, camper hook-ups for those with overnight horses, monthly horse stalls, and livestock pens available for rent. A $50.00 refundable cleaning deposit will be attached to all fees (except horse stalls and camper hook-ups). All events must provide proof of $1 million liability insurance listing Navajo County Fair as an additional insured. Proof of insurance must be provided at least two weeks prior to the event.

Rental Rates are as follows:

• Open Class Building $200 per day
• Martinez Hall $300 per day
• Stage $50 per day (includes small dressing rooms & bleachers)
• Parking Lots $50 per day (north or south)
• Arena $200 per day
• Arena $400 per night (includes lights)
• Arena $550 per day/night
• Overnight Stalls $10 per head
• Camper Hook-up $15 per night (includes water and electric)
• Monthly Stalls $35 per month (see Stall Rental Agreement for details)

rental requests must be approved by the Fair Board. The Fair Board
meets on the second Wednesday of each month. If you have any
